How Our Doorstep Trash Process Works
Prepare
Leave your tied, 13-gallon trash bag inside the trash can provided by WeDoTrash. Double-bag if the bag leaks or contains fecal matter, liquid, or cat litter. No sharp objects in the bag. If your property offers recycling, place recyclable items in a recycle-only bag. If you have boxes, flatten them, but don’t put them in the bag or trash can.
Put it out
Leave the tied bag inside the trash can. If you have items in a recycle-only bag, place that in the trash can as well. Place the can outside your door at the time specified by your property. If you have more than one bag of trash, tie it and place it on top of the can. Leave flattened boxes under or behind the trash can.
Bring it back in
Bring the empty trash can back inside your home by 9:00 a.m.
Repeat
We pick up on days specified by your property starting at 8:00 p.m. Please place trash outside your door between 7:00 – 7:50 p.m. Days of non-service: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Eve
