How it all began

The WeDoTrash Story 

In 2015, Mat Tilley worked in the multifamily industry and lived at a multifamily property.  He saw a need for a different kind of doorstep trash experience.  Confident he could do things better, he enlisted partners and created WeDoTrash.  

After a few years flying almost solo, doorstep trash and multifamily veteran Eric Leonard joined the team as business took off.  Adding more team members with extensive multifamily experience has made WeDoTrash an expert in the multifamily doorstep trash space.  

From humble beginnings in Houston, Texas, WeDoTrash has grown steadily.  We continue to grow as management teams discover the joy of working with WeDoTrash. Our driven, willing-to-get-our-hands-dirty culture and focus on the multifamily customer experience have made WeDoTrash one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry.
