Our Management Team
President / Partner
Mat Tilley is President of WeDoTrash and one of the founding partners. Mat is responsible for oversight of the long term strategy, direction, and growth of the company. Mat has faithfully led WeDoTrash to accelerated growth since starting in 2015.
Mat developed his entrepreneurial passion in college, running his own business selling educational products door-to-door in the Midwest.
Mat has enjoyed a career in entrepreneurship, sales, and marketing for over 11 years with companies ranging in size from Fortune 500 to startup.
Mat is a productive member in the major associations across Texas. In HAA, Mat serves and leads on multiple committees including: PAC Steering Committee and Product Service Council. Mat was nominated for HAA Supplier of the Year (2018), winner of the Rising Star Award (2018), and selected as an HAA Forty Under 40 Honoree (2018).
In his personal life Mat and his wife, Ellen, are happy parents, active multi-family investors, and enjoy volunteering with their church, Bayou City Fellowship.

Vice President of Sales / Partner
Eric serves as Vice President of Sales and oversees all aspects of sales including client relations, strategic marketing/brand awareness, and motivating and leading our successful sales team.
During the last 20 years, Eric spent 13 years with Appliance Warehouse leading their sales team as VP of Business Development.
As the RVP of Sales for the company that created trash valet, he successfully helped launch doorstep trash on over 200,000 units in just 5 years.
Eric is privileged to have served on numerous local, state, and national multi-family committees including: TAA Product and Service Council Member (2006-2016), NAA National Supplier Council (2009-2016), TAA PSC Officer (2011-2016), and TAA PSC Chairman (2014-2015). Eric is a TAA and NAA Lyceum Graduate and past nominee for The Olin Steele Product/Service Member Award (the highest award presented to Suppliers in the State of Texas).
Eric enjoys volunteering for several local organizations in the Austin area including helping at-risk boys with the Burke Center for Youth and serves as the President of the United Methodist Men.
I want to be the best dad I can to my two amazing kids and encourage others towards their goals.
Director of Operations
Tony serves as Director of Operations. He oversees the overall operations which include managing all daily systems and processes, implementing company policies, setting training and safety standards, and overseeing customer retention initiatives.
Tony has over 30 years experience in operations management spanning across many different industries, including financial services, travel, pharmaceutical, government, and manufacturing.
Tony and his wife Janene are active members of their church serving as an elder and as a member on the advisory board. In addition, he is actively involved in supporting missions throughout the world through a youth revitalization ministry of Relation for Christ Ministries entitled Project Samuel.
Tony is a strong family man and has been happily married for over 32 years with two amazing daughters.
My strongest desire is to demonstrate God’s love everyday through my actions and not just my words.
Atwaun serves as Operations Manager is responsible for implementing our operational initiatives, attracting and leading the operations team, ensuring consistent service while exceeding expectations and needs of our clients.
Atwaun has over 27 years experience in operations and management across multiple industries. Atwaun started in the multifamily world with the company who created the doorstep trash service and within 10 years helped implement doorstep trash in Texas on over 150,000 units. His extensive management experience has grown from his background in retail, multi-family, and owning his own business.
Atwaun served in the United States Army for eight years as a Patriot Crew Member then as Military Police. He served during the Gulf War Campaign and was honorably discharged from his duties as a soldier.
